Preparing for the new coverage year

Start with the notice sent to you.

If your plan sends an Annual Notice of Change or a Plan Non-Renewal Notice, read it before your 2027 appointments. A plan ending is different from a change in benefits or costs. Contact your insurer about your exact plan, and let our office know if your coverage changes so we can review scheduling, network participation, and any authorization needs. Please do not send insurance or medical details through the website form.
